What is your usual lead time?
– For items in stock: 3–7 days.
– For customized products: 7–15 working days after sample approval and payment. Rush orders can be arranged based on availability.
Can you provide samples? Are they free?
Stock samples are free.
– Customized samples require a small fee, which will be refunded according to the order amount.
– Samples will be sent within 7 days.
Can I add my own design?
Yes, we can customize it for you. Please share your design and we’ll produce it according to your requirements.
What kind of format file is available for printing?
– Popular file types: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, EPS (vector graphic).
– Bleed size: 3–5 mm.
– Resolution: 300+ dpi (the higher, the better).

What payment methods do you support?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and L/C. Other methods can be discussed for long-term partners.
Do I need to pay import fees after placing an order?
– We usually offer DDP price, which includes shipping to your destination, customs clearance, and import taxes.
– FOB/CIF prices are also available upon request.
